One of the greatest aspects of the Cannes Film Festival was in watching so many great movies that never would make it to the US. Had I known this particular film existed, I would have rented a theater in my hometown and played it for the RNC. Or something like that.
I hope this film is decent, with good comedic notes. “Killer Condom,” another film with a great title, even came with a marketing campaign that had a giant condom parading around the Croisette with Sargent Kabuki Man and the Toxic Avenger. Unfortunately after the first condom related penile severing, the film lost some steam and I fell asleep in the theater.
Per Wikipedia: “Poltergay is a French film directed by Éric Lavaine, based on an idea by Héctor Cabello Reyes. The script was written by Héctor Cabello Reyes and Éric Lavaine. The film was released on 25 October 2006.”
